Bosphorus Painite Series |
| The main characteristic that this series shares between all models is the black, almost dull, dusty patina. Some cymbals have a drier tone, some not. Some seem to have been lathed under the patina, and some are entirely unlathed. I could be totally wrong, but I am temped to say that they take any cymbal - from any series - off the shelf, and add the black patina. Some look like they're lathed like trads, some like new orleans, some are turks. The common thread is the black patina - the rest is an amazing free-for-all! :) |
