How to order: |
| If you see a particular model you're interested in, send us an email inquiry
by following our
Contact
Us! link, or send an email to
tony@cymbalsonly.com. You may also give me a
call at the shop: 315-525-6388. International orders, dial: +1-315-525-6388.
Phone hours are 8-5 M-F, EST. Emails are answered as quickly as possible,
well outside these hours, and on weekends. If you're submitting your order through
email, tell us what you'd like to purchase along with the shipping destination,
and I'll send you a total
including shipping and insurance. During normal business hours, I will often
have an email response back to you within minutes. (PLEASE NOTE: If
you're emailing me from an AOL account, for some strange reason, AOL thinks
my email replies are spam, so please check your spam folder - my reply will
most likely be in there.)
When we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email, as well
as a shipping/tracking number. International orders are welcome! |

Cashiers checks and postal money orders are also gladly accepted. Personal checks are
no problem as well, but must clear before a shipment can go out. Our address

Shipping: |
| Shipping rates are individually calculated per transaction based on your zip
code and package weight. All domestic packages Monday through Friday are shipped
the same day
via UPS. Friday orders after 3:30 PM EST, and all Saturday and Sunday orders are
shipped the following Monday morning.
International shipments Monday through Saturday are sent out the same day
through the US Postal Service. Saturday orders after 11:00 AM EST, and all
Sunday orders are shipped the following Monday morning.

Return Policy: |
| Because you can hear the actual cymbal
before purchase, returns are pretty rare; however, if when you receive the
cymbal, and it's not to your liking, I will offer to swap it out for
something else, (or store credit) for a period NOT EXCEEDING 7 days. This is strictly
enforced. The customer is only responsible for extra shipping charges.
There are no service charges or restocking fees. (This excludes used
cymbals, closeouts, cymbals sent to international destinations, and anything that's been custom riveted. These pieces
are not returnable.) |
*New York state residents are required to pay 8 % sales tax. All sales
to Indonesia and Africa must use Western Union as the sole payment option, and
will only ship via UPS, expedited delivery. Please Note: I can not ship Zildjian
cymbals internationally.
