How to order:

TO ORDER: If you see a particular model you're interested in, please email me, and I can email you back (usually within minutes), a checkout link that you can use with a credit/debit card or paypal account. You may also call in a Credit/Debit Card at: 315-525-6388. Phone hours are 8-5 M-F, EST. Because of the sheer volume of spam calls I receive, the best communication method is email. I answer them day and night, and on most all weekends/holidays. Site updates are literally up to the minute. If it doesn't say sold, it is still available. International orders welcome!

Payments accepted:

1.) MasterCard, Visa, Discover accepted over the phone, as well as through emailed checkout links.
2.) Paypal accepted through emailed checkout links
3.) Cashiers / personal checks, and money orders
4.) Cash App users, can send payments directly as well using my email, phone number or cash.me/$cymbalsonly . No fees for anyone!
 

Shipping:

Same business day shipping for all international and domestic orders placed before 2:00 EST, Mon-Fri for all in stock items. You will automatically receive a tracking number for your order. 99% of all orders will ship UPS, but some smaller items (like rivets and small drumstick orders, or international orders less than 4 pounds) may go USPS, depending on destination country. If you need faster shipping, please let me know for other available options.

Return Policy:

Because you can hear the actual cymbal before purchase, returns are pretty rare; however, if when you receive the cymbal, and it's not to your liking, I will offer to swap it out for something else, (or store credit) for a period NOT EXCEEDING 7 days. This is strictly enforced. The customer is only responsible for extra shipping charges. There are no service charges nor restocking fees. (This excludes used cymbals, closeouts, cymbals sent to international destinations, anything on sale or at sale pricing, custom/special orders, and anything that's been custom riveted, or put on layaway. These pieces are not returnable.)

*I am only required to collect 8% New York state tax on shipments sentONLY within New York state. I am not required to, and do not collect sales taxes for, any other locationexcept NY state.
